Great Monday thru Friday schedule with Fridays early out at 2:30 pm. Candidate must be willing to train initially in our client's Bangor office. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Office Bookkeeper/Admin in Bangor, ME 04401
Description
BASS is seeking an experienced Office Bookkeeper/Admin for our client in Bangor. In this position you will assist with bookkeeping/accounting and administrative tasks, plus provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in accounting knowledge, and has excellent communication skills.

This position is temporary to start yet may go permanent for the right candidate.
$20 an hour to start.

-Prepare and process Accounts Receivables. Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments received.
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process A/P
- Assist with tax preparation and financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial data
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
Requirements
-Proven experience in accounting-bookkeeping; A/R, A/P, Budgets, etc.
-Proficient QuickBooks experience as well as MS Excel & Word
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Receptionist/Scheduler - Full-Time or Part-Time in Holden, ME 04429
Description
The BASS Team is seeking candidates for a Receptionist/Scheduler position for our chiropractic client. Our client is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates!
If seeking FT: your hours will be scheduled within their office hours; 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon, Tues, & Thur. Early out by 1:30 pm Wed & Friday.
If seeking PT: 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday thru Thursday is our client's preferred schedule.

Duties include: Welcoming clients/patients and checking in and ensuring all information up to date, i.e. insurance, etc.. Checking patients out, taking payments, answering busy phones, doing reminder calls and updating patients regarding schedule changes, products and doing clerical tasks.
Requirements
Previous Receptionist/Office experience; medical and/or chiropractic office experience preferred yet not required. Top notch people and office skills.
