BASS is recruiting for Parts/Purchase Order Coordinator for our busy generator sales and service client. This position will also assist with inside sales support. Candidates who are looking for a career and enjoy working in a fast paced office environment should apply. Duties to include but not limited to:
Ordering parts & supplies
Generating purchase orders
Ensure invoices and purchase orders agree
Phones: provide excellent customer service answering customer and vendor questions
Assist where needed in small office where teamwork is important.
Sales support: assist with sales calls (learn the products to discuss needs with prospective clients)
Candidates must be able to multi-task (move from task to task with interruptions), possess friendly demeanor, and detailed oriented. Excel knowledge and good phone skills a must. Previous purchase order & invoice knowledge preferred.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, opportunity that will go permanent once probationary requirements met. Benefit package available.
