PT, Contract to Hire opportunity! 38 week (school year position). Rotating schedule to include weekend shifts. Providing quality customer service while maintaining the point of services system, cash operations and general front-of-house duties.

Perform shift cash in and cash out, maintaining accurate amount of money including swiping ID cards and collecting money.

Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of serving stations, dining tables and beverage stations, restock front-of-house products. Occasionally perform as Dishwasher.

BASS is recruiting for Parts/Purchase Order Coordinator for our busy generator sales and service client. This position will also assist with inside sales support. Candidates who are looking for a career and enjoy working in a fast paced office environment should apply. Duties to include but not limited to:

Ordering parts & supplies
Inventory reconciliation
Generating purchase orders
Ensure invoices and purchase orders agree
Phones: provide excellent customer service answering customer and vendor questions
Assist where needed in small office where teamwork is important.
Sales support: assist with sales calls (learn the products to discuss needs with prospective clients)
Candidates must be able to multi-task (move from task to task with interruptions), possess friendly demeanor, and detailed oriented. Excel knowledge and good phone skills a must. Previous purchase order & invoice knowledge preferred.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, opportunity that will go permanent once probationary requirements met. Benefit package available.
