Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, potential Contract to Hire.
This position will perform a variety of clerical tasks in support of the communications and data flow in the department. Some of the duties include creating and maintaining database records, word processing and spreadsheets and report management.
Specific duties include (but are not all inclusive):
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining and producing mailing lists, assisting in producing letters and envelopes for mailings, and editing proofreading documents.
• Provide accurate, valid and timely processing and maintenance of all records.
• Perform data entry and associated tasks in to information systems of record.
Solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment is needed. Prior office experience is required. Send your resume for consideration today to email@example.com.
