Auto Technician in Bangor, ME
Bangor, ME - Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for Auto Technician. Our client is willing to train candidates that area mechanically inclined and wish to start a career. Experienced Auto Tech's will jump to the head of the line.

This is a Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience.
Prefer applicants to have:
3-5 years' experience as an Auto Mechanic - Technician
Maine State Inspection License

Must have:
Strong Automotive/Mechanical background
High attention to detail
Good computer knowledge
Valid and Clean Driver's License
Must be able to understand and comply with company safety standards
Pass all background checks plus Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Maintenance Supervisor in Old Town, ME
Bangor Area Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor for our client. The right candidate will monitor, maintain, and supervise equipment and facility maintenance operations. Some of the duties will be ordering parts, scheduling of repairs and a preventive maintenance program.

Candidates must have maintenance and supervisory experience to be considered. Master or Journeyman Electrician preferred yet not required. A full job description will be provided after applying. Pay will be based on level of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
~Have sound technical knowledge of all machines and equipment used in the facility. (Bakery a plus)

~Should have ability to identify problems with the electronic systems and carry out their maintenance.

~Basic knowledge of the heating, refrigeration, welding, plumbing, and other electrical (preferred licensed) and carpentry work.

~Computer knowledge

~Robotics knowledge preferred

~Supervisory experience

~Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

~Organize, implement, and direct maintenance operations and activities.

~Perform the most complex maintenance duties.

~Communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written.

Excellent work ethic and leadership experience. Knowledge of both AC and DC power, three phase motors and wiring, AC and DC drives, PLC troubleshooting and/or programming experience, pneumatic troubleshooting experience, welding skills, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Work references must be provided and pass required background checks.
