Description
Full-time, Contract to Hire position! Monday through Friday, 8-4:30. Position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the administrative services for the agency, and will perform clerical, administrative, record-keeping and other support functions as assigned. The Executive Asst. works in collaboration with the team and reports to the Associate Director.
Primary person for answering incoming calls, responding to questions and/or directing calls
Gathers appropriate information from callers when Intake staff are unavailable
Greets visitors and directs inquiries to appropriate personnel
Receives packages; maintains/receives supplies and processes mail
Assists with website correspondence
Saves and documents paperwork related to cases sent by mail, fax, email or other staff members
Sends releases and legal representation documentation to Hearing Office for appeals
Prepares/sends releases upon request
Sends satisfaction surveys for closed cases, saving/sharing returned surveys
Supports Volunteer program as needed - creates badges, adds applicants to database, saves/forwards/populates reports
Other administrative tasks as needed

Two employment references; Mature work ethic; Comparable experience; HS Diploma or equivalent; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
