Cathy and her two partners, Edward Moran and Peter E. Dunn, Jr., opened the corporate office of CASS in March of 2003, followed by their first branch, Bangor Area Staffing Solutions, in 2011. She has been in the staffing industry since 1996, and has attended countless human resources conferences and trainings since that time. She is the current Board President for the Sportsman's Alliance of Maine, and Vice Chair of the Board of Overseers of the Bar. Other Board work includes MaineGeneral Health, the Augusta Board of Trade, and the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce. Active memberships include the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, the Kennebec Valley Human Resource Association, the Maine Staffing Association, the American Staffing Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. An avid hunter, Cathy and her husband live in Vassalboro with their labs, Buck and Trapper.

Dawn was recently promoted to Branch Manager of our corporate office in Augusta! She, Cathy, and Nettie have a long history, having all started their staffing careers together at another firm back in the late 1990's. Dawn has placed thousands of individuals in both temporary and permanent positions in Central Maine, and her knowledge of our Client base and culture, and expertise in placing just the right candidate, has made her an invaluable member – not only to our Team, but to our Clients. Often we hear "the greatest value that we have in working with you is that you really listen to our needs and only refer candidates that are qualified to fit our position and culture." Dawn is an active member of the Kennebec Valley Human Resource Association, and she and her family live in Chelsea.

Nettie joined us in May of 2011, when she opened our first branch office in Bangor. Her human resource and staffing experience has come from a variety of opportunities, including twenty years in Management in the Quick Service industry, three years in the staffing industry where she worked with Cathy and Dawn, and five years as an HR Manager with a home health firm.

The key to the success for any business or organization is finding good quality employees! Nettie enjoys contributing to that success by identifying the most qualified candidates and placing them with some of the best companies in the Greater Bangor area. In addition to managing our Bangor office, Nettie serves as Treasurer of the HR Association of Eastern Maine's Board of Directors, serves on the Membership Committee of the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce, is President of BNI Bangor Breakfast, and is on the Board of Directors of the Penobscot Theater Company. Her current membership involvement includes SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and Tuesday Forum. She is also a proud volunteer for “Champion the Cure.” Nettie and her husband Bill, live in Holden.

Hannah joined our Team in 2015 shortly after her return to Maine from California, where her husband was stationed in the United States Marine Corps. In California, Hannah worked as a pharmacy technician while attending Palomar Community College in San Marcos. Hannah has continued her education while working with us, and is scheduled to graduate this coming May with her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maine at Augusta. Hers is typically the first voice you hear when contacting our corporate office, as she assists job seekers navigating through the prequalifying and on-boarding process. An integral member of our Team, Hannah schedules testing and interviews, and conducts applicant reference-checks. She and CC in our Bangor Branch, are mutually responsible for our social media presence. She lives in Gardiner with her husband and their two dogs, Odie and Moose.

CC moved to Maine from Connecticut in the summer of 2016, and joined our Bangor Team shortly thereafter. CC's experience includes five years working in the customer service industry - with the last two years focused on human resources. She is a welcome addition, and looks forward to putting her past experience to work assisting Nettie in our Bangor Branch with administrative, applicant pre-qualifying and marketing duties as she transitions to a Staffing Specialist role. She has recently joined “Fusion,” the Bangor Area Chamber of Commerce's young professionals networking group, and lives in Orrington with two roommates and her two cats, Pepper Ann and Tarzan.
