Hermon, ME - BASS is recruiting, for our client, an Office Administrator. Typical duties include: answering phones, scheduling client services, meeting and interacting with customers and other clerical tasks.
This is a Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire (go permanent after probationary period) position. 37.5 hour work week (M-F, 8am-4pm with a ½ hour lunch). Pay range is $10-$11 DOE with the opportunity to go to $12-$14 once go permanent.
Must have previous administrative experience, a friendly and professional attitude as well as excellent customer service and computer skills. QuickBooks knowledge a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
