Bangor, ME – Bangor Area Staffing is seeking a reliable, personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

Each day will include a variety of tasks: answer a multi-line phone, welcome applicants, perform data entry, process e-mails, schedule appointments, handle new hire orientations and obtain employment references just to name a few.

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm position with benefits. Pay is $11-$12 an hour DOE.

Requirements
At least one year of office experience, human resources experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Ability to work independently but also willing to step in and help the team when needed.

Ability to express themselves effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
