Description
Bangor - Bangor Area Staffing is recruiting for our client, a busy chiropractic office, a Front Desk Receptionist. Early out on Fridays to start the weekend early! Greet patients with a smile as you check them in, answer busy phones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. The right candidate will enjoy working independently as well as a team and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Good computer and data entry skills required.

The full-time, 35-40 hours per week will be scheduled during these hours:
Mon, Wed, & Thur: 9a-6:30pm, Tue: 7a-5:30pm, & Fri. 9a-1:30pm

This is a Contract-to-Hire position (go permanent after trail period).

Contract to Hire! Position will start out full-time for the busy season (November through March), then reduce to 3 days a week. Great position to supplement your income!

The duties of this job will include but are not limited to the following:
1) Check in freight and UPS orders;
2) Receive items into inventory;
3) Put-up freight and UPS orders;
4) Put-up and load customers’ orders;
5) Accurately package, label and stock inventory items;
6) Use the computer to process receiving;
7) Make local deliveries to customers;
8) Load trucks in the yard;
9) Provide excellent customer service to our customers over the phone and in-
person;
10) Complete other tasks as assigned by parts department staff.

A strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and working knowledge of computers is needed. Mature work ethic a must. Rental Assistance Coordinator/Reporting Analyst in Waterville
Description
Position is responsible for the coordination and tracking of the relevant components of the rental process, as well as rental application processing; includes overseeing the collection, documentation and processing of rent, security deposits and loan payments, and interfacing with tenants and landlords.

-Preparing reports and coordinating all data elements to ensure compliance with external entities
