Augusta - We are seeking a pleasant, reliable, and experienced Administrative Assistant for our client's 32 hour/week, Temp to Hire opportunity. 4 day work week! The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, MS Office proficiency, and be willing to work in a fast-paced workplace. This position provides support for a 3 person real estate department focusing on Lease Administration.

Must be able to utilize MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and other corporate software programs (SAP, Lotus Notes, LiveLink, etc.) to administer, track, and report on a variety of real estate related tasks.

We are seeking experienced Administrative Assistant candidates for our busy client. This is a part-time, 20-25 hours a week opportunity. Candidates must be team-oriented, able to move from task to task easily, organized and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficient proofreading skills, organized, and the desire to grow professionally.
