Description
Bangor Area Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our engineering firm client. Excellent opportunity to work with a team of professionals. Some of the duties will include:

-Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional manner
-Word processing and data entry
-Prepare and transmit reports
-Maintain electronic and hard copy files, mail, fax, and scanning
-Maintain paper/toner in printers and copiers and coordinate business equipment maintenance
-Communicate with construction and laboratory managers relative to field and laboratory test records and transmitting reports
-Assist Office Manager and other managers with training materials
-Process and maintain employee time/expense sheets
-Process and maintain vendor orders and invoicing
-Scheduling field personnel using a program/app called When I Work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
Requirements
Applicants will require:

-In-depth knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

-High school diploma (Post-High School training preferable)

-High attention to detail and quality

-Excellent communication, writing, and phone skills

-Ability to take direction from others and work as a team

-Performs work in a high quality, timely and professional manner

-Able to work on sensitive corporate projects and documents in a confidential manner

-Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
